Terms of Service

Schmoozer is a conversation-building card game from Brainwaze, played in the browser. It is intended for children and teens playing together with a parent, caregiver, educator, or practitioner. Accounts are created and managed by adults; by creating an account you confirm that you are an adult and agree to these terms.

Full access is offered as a subscription at $12 per month or $115 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

Please use Schmoozer as intended: a game for building conversation skills. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another user's account, copy or redistribute the content, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All card content, artwork, and the structure of the game belong to Brainwaze. Your subscription gives you a license to play; it does not transfer any ownership.

Schmoozer is a conversation game. It is not a therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical service, and it is not a substitute for professional speech or language therapy. If you have concerns about a child's communication development, please consult a qualified professional.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brainwaze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
